Our Paver Installation Process

Initial Meeting - We meet with you at your property to assess the proposed work area, and discuss your goals, ideas, budget and more.
Proposal - Plans are finalized, contracts signed and initial deposit is paid at this time to place your project on our schedule
Excavation and Base Prep - Our crews excavate the area where your patio, walkway or driveway will be built, followed by hauling in base material. The base is compacted and set to the ideal slope so water will run off to the proper location.
Paver Laying - All pavers are laid out according to the desired pattern and then cuts are made to fit into the space with a soldier course (if requested).
Completion Work  - After all the cuts are done, our crew installs joint sand (polymeric sand) into the joints between the pavers, then blows off the pavers lightly with a backpack blower, followed by applying a light mist of water. Then we let the surface dry, and apply another mist of water to the surface. Within 24-48 hours of drying, your new paver installation project is complete! While the final coats of water are drying is generally when our crew begins the finishing work such as installing mulch or rock, completes repairs to your turf that may have been damaged by equipment and cleaning up the work area.
